Job Description

  • Data Collection & Management: Develop and implement methods to collect and maintain marketing and customer data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Customer & Market Research: Conduct in-depth customer and marketing research to gather insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitors, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Marketing Analysis: Analyze marketing data from various channels (email, SMS, social media, push notifications) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights into KPIs such as ROI, engagement, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Help create customer segments based on behavior, preferences, and demographics to personalize marketing strategies and improve targeting.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, CRM, and product teams to develop data-driven strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Campaign Optimization: Provide recommendations to optimize campaign performance, allocation of marketing budgets, and resource utilization.
  • Reporting: Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports to visualize performance metrics and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Google Analytics) and experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Experience in customer and market research, data collection, and management.
  • Knowledge of marketing metrics and ability to track performance across various channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
