Job Description

 As an HR Manager, you will oversee the strategic and operational functions of human resources across a group of companies. You will play a key role in developing people policies, shaping organizational culture, and ensuring HR compliance and efficiency in alignment with business objectives.

Top 10 Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes:

Policy Implementation & Compliance
Ensure group-wide application of HR policies, aligned with Egyptian Labor Law and internal procedures.

Talent Acquisition
Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent using structured, efficient hiring processes.

Performance Management
Oversee performance evaluation systems, ensuring fairness, alignment with KPIs, and driving high performance.

Training & Development
Identify training needs and implement programs to upskill staff and support career development.

HR Operations Oversight
Manage HR records, contracts, leaves, and end-of-service processes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive working environment and handle employee grievances with transparency and fairness.

Organizational Design Support
Assist in structuring departments and aligning roles with business growth plans.

Compensation & Benefits Administration
Oversee payroll inputs, incentives, and company-provided benefits including transportation and meals.

HR Metrics & Reporting
Provide periodic HR reports including turnover, absenteeism, and training ROI to management.

Health, Safety, and Welfare Compliance
Ensure proper enforcement of safety and health policies in cooperation with medical and administrative teams.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications are a plus.

Experience: 3–5 years in a similar HR management role, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.

Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (written and spoken).

Technical Skills: Familiar with MS Office, HRIS platforms, and payroll tools.

Location: Applicants must reside in or near 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed areas, Giza, Egypt.

Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, confidentiality, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
