As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in our steel structure factory. Your role will be crucial in minimizing downtime, optimizing performance, and ensuring safety standards are met.

• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with minimal downtime. Provide swift and effective solutions to production problems.
• Repairs and Upgrades: Perform routine and emergency repairs on machinery and equipment. Plan and execute upgrades to improve performance and efficiency.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. Generate reports on equipment performance and maintenance metrics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize impact on production schedules. Provide technical support and training to factory staff.
