Job Description
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for heavy machinery.
- Overseeing troubleshooting and repair processes for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance management within the plastic or heavy machinery industry.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Experience leading maintenance teams in an industrial setting.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple maintenance projects.
