Job Description
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and understand client needs.
- Actively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and managing social media inquiries.
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their goals and offer tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the company’s products and services.
- Prepare regular reports analyzing sales performance and financial data.
- Ensure product/service readiness for demos and client presentations.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events.
- Negotiate and close deals while effectively managing objections and client concerns.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and client satisfaction.
- Gather and share client feedback with relevant departments to enhance service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven success in B2B sales.
- Experience in both outdoor and indoor sales environments.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong command of MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing techniques.
- Self-motivated, fast learner with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Confident presenter with a persuasive and professional approach.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
