Job Description
- Handles all travel related requests from booking and issuing tickets, hotel vouchers, travel insurance.
- Preparing visa documentation for the individual walk-in clients and
corporates. - Maintain and extend company service standards for client satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints while providing efficient and
effective solutions.
