Job Description
We are a retail company located in Smouha, Alexandria.
We have around 30 employees.
We are looking for a candidate who can:
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Participate in Organization Development (OD experience)
- Execute the Recruitment process.
- Provide employees & job candidates with their job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working hours, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.)
- Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Maintain and update employee database.
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Devise and implement the corporate bylaw.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Job Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator.
- BS in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
- HR diploma is mandatory.
- MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
- Effective Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Experience in Organization Development (OD).
- Experience in corporate bylaws.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
