Job Description

Arkenea is expanding its operations to Egypt. Right now, We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tech Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue through working with potential and existing clients to promote and sell tech products/services.

Please note that this position is onsite at the company's office in Maadi Degla, and English fluency is required. Students will not be accepted. Your military service should be completed or exempt. 

 

Work Location: Maadi, Cairo

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: Sunday - Thursday

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, Prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Acting as a bridge between clients and engineers to ensure smooth communication and delivery of solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in tech sales, Agency, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
  • A proactive and resilient approach to overcoming objections.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
