Logistic Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Supervisor with strong experience in import and export operations, customs clearance procedures in Egypt, and free zone compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely documentation, clearance, and dispatch of goods, and maintaining compliance with Egyptian regulations including ACID number issuance. Fluency in English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all import shipments from origin to final delivery, ensuring timely clearance and delivery
• Issue and manage ACID (Advanced Cargo Information Declaration) numbers in coordination with NAFEZA and relevant platforms
• Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and port authorities to ensure efficient import and export customs clearance
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian import/export regulations, including documentation, duties, and NAFEZA procedures
• Coordinate with suppliers for order readiness, pickup scheduling, and shipping documentation
• Supervise free zone export shipments, including preparation of required customs clearance and dispatch documentation (export invoices, exit permits, truck manifests, etc.)
• Ensure on-time dispatch from the free zone and accurate documentation for customs gate clearance
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, clearance statuses, and stock movement
• Prepare and review shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, finance, warehouse) to align logistics activities
• Handle claims and disputes related to shipping, customs, or damaged goods
• Maintain strong relationships with shipping agents, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
