Job Description
- Provide an efficient interface with freight forwarders and administer all freight logistics and provide optimal level of customer services for getting shipping rates for Import & export shipments.
- Track shipments with DHL, freight forwarders, shipping lines.
- Handle all courier shipments.
- Maintaining accurate records of import / export transactions.
- Handle administrative work from filing & scanning documents on the system company Follow the customs procedures steps with the broker for Import & export shipments.
- Follow Export shipping documentation with the forwarder & the factory before & after loading process.
- Follow documents sending & arrival with banks, brokers, agents.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in logistics, or supply chain management.
1-2 years experience in the Logistics field.
Excellent command of English.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Strong follow-up to resolving issues and reaching conclusions.
Knowledge of the principles and methods of logistics and supply chains.
Attention to Detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
