Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Place local and international POs on time, ensuring alignment with planning schedules and lead times.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with local and foreign suppliers to confirm documentation, pricing, shipping, and payment terms. Keep stakeholders updated on shipments.
- Internal Coordination: Work with Finance for payments and Warehouse for goods receipt and backorders to ensure smooth procurement cycles.
- Data & Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records and keep ERP systems updated to support reporting and decision-making.
- Logistics & Freight: Coordinate with freight forwarders, compare shipping proposals, and choose the most reliable, cost-effective options.
- Shipping & Compliance: Monitor shipments and stay current on international regulations to avoid delays and ensure compliance.
- Customs & Clearance: Oversee clearance with brokers and ensure timely submission of all required documents (e.g., NTRA, customs).
- Reporting & Performance: Support procurement reporting, monitor order progress, and resolve issues to meet performance targets.
- Additional Duties: Handle tasks assigned by the Procurement Manager that match your skills and support department goals.
Job Requirements
- University graduate, preferably logistic or similar
- Minimum 3 years experience in business and same field.
- Strong organization skills.
- Dynamic and initiative person.
- High qualifications in negotiation skills
- High level of facilitation skills including interactive communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Arabic and English languages (written & spoken).
- Good team player.
- Computer and systems practicality
