Job Description
- Sourcing new suppliers and ensuring that the purchased products and materials meet the required technical specifications.
- Negotiating purchase terms and evaluating the suppliers’ performances.
- Ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any supply issues or discrepancies.
- Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.
- Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and correcting shortcomings.
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.
- Conducting market and product research and cost analysis.
- Reviewing and updating the list of contracts and keeping track of their renewal dates.
- Create purchase orders and monitoring all POs.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience as a procurement specialist in the IT hardware solutions.
- Familiar with Odoo system.
- Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.
