Job Description

  • Organize and maintain all related personnel tasks & records.
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire onboarding.
  • Liaise with external partners, like social insurance , and ensure legal compliance
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

Job Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources/business administration or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or Personnel specialist
  • Hands-on with ERP system
  • strong knowledge with personnel process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
