Job Description
Geant Market is looking for a new member to join our HR department as a : ( HR Specialist )
- Post and announce vacancies on different recruitment channels (social media, online recruitment websites) for White and blue collars to develop database for hiring needs.
- Conducts HR interviews and manage the technical interview process.
- Creating and maintaining Employees Master file.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues. / Answering employees' questions regarding their benefits and compensation options and assisting with the administration of their benefits.
- Creating and maintaining personnel records/files for each employee.
- Manage HR-related documentation and reports in compliance with legal requirements.
- Update new employee information and various employee changes after verifying necessary documentation and approvals have been obtained.
- Actively maintain personnel files to ensure records are accurate
- Creating and maintaining accurate employee records and gathering all related documentation and key details.
- Other Personnel Related tasks such as handling employee’s daily inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [1-3] years of experience in an HR role.
- Cairo and Giza residence only!
- Retail supermarket experience is a must
