Job Description
- Maintain and update accurate employee records in HRIS and physical files
- Facilitate onboarding/offboarding: contracts, system setup, coordination between departments
- Process and track attendance, leaves, overtime, and absence
- Handle status changes: promotions, transfers, resignations, terminations
- Interact with labor, social insurance, and medical insurance agencies to ensure compliance
- Administer benefits enrollment and handle related queries
- Respond to employee inquiries about policies, payroll, and benefits confidentially
- Prepare regular HR reports (leave, attendance, contract status) for management review
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, personnel administration, or generalist roles
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and related procedures
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with attendance/fingerprint systems is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy in handling confidential data
