Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations:
- Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and data entry.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives.
- Personnel Management:
- Oversee timekeeping processes, ensuring accurate recording of employee hours.
- Assist in monitoring attendance and punctuality, addressing discrepancies as needed.
- Store Support:
- Liaise with store managers to ensure compliance with HR policies related to personnel management.
- Facilitate communication between stores and HR regarding staffing needs and employee concerns.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Provide administrative support during the recruitment process.
- Onboarding:
- Prepare onboarding paperwork and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
- Assist with the administration of new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment.
- Employee Relations:
- Provide general HR support to employees, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Assist with employee relations issues, such as performance management and conflict resolution.
- Benefits Administration:
- Provide administrative support for benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and claims processing.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; HR certification is an advantage.
- Experience of 1 – 3 years as an HR specialist or relevant human resources position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability in using MS Office.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Experience with HR databases.
- In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
