Job Description
- Study the project’s documents and review tender documents and contracts to be able to follow up on materials required.
- Define and maintain categorized suppliers’ databases using market and competitive data.
- Issue purchase orders to identify any changes in compliance with the project’s contract.
- Issue and handle Requests for Quotations RFQs to subcontractors/suppliers, using the e-procurement and updating the tracking systems.
- Follow up on suppliers’/ Subcontractor’s payments with the Accounting Department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in the procurement field.
