Job Description
- Managing the execution of the area sales plan for retail and wholesale channels.
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Keep an active and smooth communication with other departments like: demand, warehousing, fleet and etc.
- Study and analysis market prices, trends, and competitors activities,
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to sales management.
- Visiting potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in business administration, retail management or similar field.
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience of retail and wholesale, preferably within FMCG business (Candidates from Cosmetics, detergents and etc. are highly welcome to apply)
- Excellent knowledge of all Alexandria routes and merchants
- Excellent communication, handling and leadership skills.
