Job Description
- Make an export sales plan to increase current export customers’ sales together with adding new customers in target markets.
- Manager a team of three export area managers and one coordinator to execute export plan with continuous follow up with current customers by sending best prices’ offers and presenting latest products suitable for each of targeted markets.
- Trying to get customers’ forecast orders for at least 3 months (per quarter).
- Searching for new customers by available means (Trade map, Commercial representative office, specialized exhibitions either in Egypt or abroad).
- Prepare export sales strategy and action plan for the targeted markets. Initiate and coordinate the development and execution of agreed strategy and action plan, both product and market related.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
- Manages and self-controls expenses to meet budget, travel and other company guidelines. Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports locally and regionally.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies
- Knowledge of T&E reporting and processing
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
- Well-organized and reliable
- An analytical mind with strong business acumen
- Customer-oriented approach
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
