Job Description
- Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve regional targets for feed products.
- Manage and support a team of sales representatives and distributors in the assigned area.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key customers (farmers, dealers, integrators).
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure market coverage and gather market intelligence.
- Coordinate with marketing, technical, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Train and coach the sales team on product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports for management.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure proper credit control and collection within the assigned area.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Animal Production, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of animal feed or related agricultural products, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of the animal nutrition market and customer base in the assigned region.
- Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and travel extensively within the area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driver's license.
