Job Description
- Assist in developing sales plans for branches and continuously follow up on their execution to achieve sales targets
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the performance of the sales team
- Stay informed about retail sales trends and market movement; analyze sales volumes and forecast future sales
- Supervise daily sales operations and prepare periodic reports to be submitted to the direct manager
- Analyze product-level sales data and prepare related reports
- Develop the performance of the sales team, including branch managers and sales staff
- Improve product-level sales performance
- Participate in developing the operational system of the sales department
- Utilize the company's resources efficiently to achieve sales targets
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager
- Experience in branch operations and setting operational systems
- Preferred: Experience in the field of mattresses, bedding, and sleep products
- Retail industry experience is a must
- Welling to relocate to KSA
