Job Description
Market Research:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leasing opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Contract Negotiation:
- Prepare and negotiate leasing contracts with favorable terms.
- Secure the best possible agreements that align with budget and operational needs.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and stakeholders.
- Engage with management teams of potential locations to understand their offerings.
Follow-Up on Promotions and Events:
- Monitor upcoming promotions, exhibitions, and events in targeted locations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to seize opportunities ahead of competitors.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare necessary documentation for leasing contracts and maintain organized records.
- Issue weekly and monthly reports detailing leasing activities and initiatives to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law, commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant leasing or real estate position.
- Familiarity with UAE laws and legal procedures regarding leasing agreements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be Egyptian Located in Dubai
