Your Role
- This role is a sales role at nature, however; at Intenso English, you’ll act as a trusted advisor—not a pushy salesperson. Your main goal is to help prospective students make the right decision for their future.
- You’ll speak with warm, qualified leads who have already shown interest in our program. During your call, you’ll assess their spoken English level, explore their goals and challenges, and determine whether our high-accountability program is the right fit. If it is, you’ll confidently guide them to enroll—backed by our bold 100% results guarantee.
- In short: you'll be part placement tester, part educational consultant, and part sales closer—helping students take action toward a better career and life.
Your Responsibilities
- Close qualified inbound leads who book directly on your calendar
- Follow up with leads via WhatsApp & phone
- Record and log all calls in our CRM
- Collaborate with our team to improve sales systems and scripts
- Attend weekly meetings (~30 mins/week) & training sessions if performance needs improvement.

We're looking to hire someone who’s:
- Autonomous, goal-oriented and has great communication skills.
- Confident, sharp, and is well-organized.
- Coachable and willing to learn.
Compensation & Working Hours
- Working Hours: Sunday till Thursday, 6 PM–11 PM (Cairo time) + WhatsApp check-ins throughout the day
- 7,000 EGP/month base salary.
- 100-250 EGP per closed sale.
- Unlimited commissions.

Job Requirements
- C1 English level with neutral/native-like accent (non-negotiable).
- ESL teaching background (strong plus).
- Previous sales experience (strong plus).
- Video recordings of sales calls (for internal review purposes & for marketing purposes)
- Fast internet, a good laptop, and a quiet workspace
