Job Description
A leading global maritime group is hiring a Ships Agency Manager to lead port service operations across Egypt. This is a senior-level role based in Alexandria, focused on operational control, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Lead all port agency activities, vendor management, and cost control
Drive commercial growth and ensure SOP compliance
Collaborate closely with Country Managers, Key Account Managers, and internal functions
Report directly to the Vice President
???? Performance Will Be Measured By:
Port Contribution (country/territory)
EBIT & EBIT Margin (country/territory)
Service Quality (customer satisfaction, IP resolution, Blue Pennant)
Job Requirements
✅ Required Profile:
7+ years of experience in ship agency/maritime operations
Strong leadership and financial acumen
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Age below 42 preferred
All nationalities welcome except Indian (visa restriction)
Based in or willing to relocate to Alexandria
