Role Overview

As a Brand Manager at Guillam Coffee House, you will be the central point of contact for brand strategy, acting as the tone of voice for our brand, ensuring alignment across all sites while managing key projects that drive brand consistency and business expansion. In this leadership role, you will oversee the digital marketing and social media team, guiding their efforts, reviewing their work, and ensuring all content aligns with our brand guidelines. This role requires remarkable experience in design and branding along with a strong background in digital marketing and social media, solid project management and leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Strategic Brand Management

  • Implementing a portfolio strategy aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth.
  • Supporting profit and loss management and future business development plans, including new product development and platform opportunities.
  • Managing brand positioning to ensure alignment with the global/regional brand strategy, while maintaining a strong and distinctive market presence.
  • Leading a team and driving innovation to meet market trends, while ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines.

Design

  • Maintaining brand consistency throughout all projects.
  • Producing high-quality graphics and designs for various marketing channels.
  • Developing creative and high-quality packaging designs that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies.
  • Designing and producing required projects such as branding, typography, creating fonts, logos, presentations, brand books, social media posts, print materials (labels, minis, cards, etc.).
  • Designing captivating email layouts and minimal designs that engage customers and boost brand visibility, while collaborating with the digital marketing team.
  • Creating content tailored for various social media platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Packaging design and creative artwork design.
  • Using graphic design software and tools to create and edit designs.
  • Proactively reviewing and monitoring other businesses' branding and marketing activities to serve as a benchmark.
  • Creating design solutions and website designs that have a high visual impact.

Multichannel Marketing Strategy

  • Proven expertise in digital marketing (social media, website, e-commerce, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics).
  • Solid background in social media (Ads manager, Meta platforms).
  • Video editing skills using Adobe Suite to produce short, engaging clips and reels when necessary.
  • Collaborating with influencers and the operations team for events related to the cafe to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Attention to detail regarding brand guidelines and corporate identity, acting as the Brand Guardian.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including global teams, local partners, and agencies.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration to drive category success.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Graphic Design (Marketing is a plus).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of consumer marketing, brand strategy, and/or brand activation experience.
  • Proven experience in brand identity and design.
  • Ability to manage multi-brand / multi-country portfolios.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Skills

  • Keen eye for design, detail, and aesthetics.
  • Excellent graphic design skills (logo/brand identity/social media design/motion knowledge/2D/packaging).
  • Exceptional leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive background in digital marketing, consumer insights, and market analysis.
  • Solid experience in social media, content creation, and ads.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for brand building.
  • Thorough understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment is a plus.
  • Eager to learn and adapt.
