About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. While you'll contribute to our overall marketing efforts, your primary focus will be on driving measurable leads and increasing revenue through expert management of our paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Yelp. Key Responsibilities
Google Ads & Yelp Management:
Develop, execute, and optimize highly effective Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) and Yelp advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads and increase conversions.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
Write compelling, high-converting ad copy and design effective landing pages in collaboration with relevant teams.
Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI, conversion rates) and make data-driven adjustments to optimize bids, budgets, and targeting.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures to identify best practices.
Overall Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Monitor and report on overall marketing performance across all channels, providing actionable insights.
Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed, including website content updates, SEO basics, and social media strategy.

Job Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
