Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation and Telemarketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients within the IT sector through proactive outreach and effective communication. Your primary goal will be to generate qualified leads that contribute to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce our IT solutions and services.
  • Identify key decision-makers and understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and answer client inquiries.
  •  Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and accurately record relevant information in our CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our IT products, services, and the competitive landscape.
  • Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed set targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Maintain accurate records of all telemarketing activities and provide regular reports on progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation and telemarketing.
  • Potentially utilize other communication channels such as email and social media for lead generation activities.
     

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and/or telemarketing, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Marketing.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
