- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Responsible for all personnel activities
- Responsible for private medical insurance for all employees and any related medical issues.
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Very Good User with Microsoft office mainly, Excel.
- HR training or experience is most welcomed.
- Fresh grades are welcomed too.
