Job Description
- We Are Hiring: HR Coordinator
- Location: First Settlement, in front of Waterway 1
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site
- Days Off: Friday and Saturday (weekends off)
Job Requirements
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the hospitality or housekeeping industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and labor law.
- 6 to 18 months of relevant work experience.
