Internship Description
- Prepare and share regular updates about the company’s news through communication channels.
- Promoting Company Culture among employees.
- Design and distribute surveys to measure: Employee satisfaction, Effectiveness of internal communication
- Communicate core values and guiding principles.
- Create and give presentations.
- Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
Internship Requirements
- A degree in Human Resource Management or Business
- Experience in Human Resources management or similar/relevant field (e.g. Sales, Customer Services, etc.)
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Excellent math and computational ability
- Effective communication skills
