Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to act as a strategic partner and trusted extension of leadership. This role requires a balance between administrative excellence and strategic execution, ensuring smooth operations, efficient communication, and effective project coordination across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level support to the CEO, managing schedules, priorities, and communications.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage strategic projects across sports, entertainment, and related industries.
- Develop and improve organizational processes to enhance efficiency and agility.
- Organize company events, meetings, and cross-functional activities.
- Support the CEO in business development by identifying and nurturing strategic relationships.
- Oversee the creation and management of communities and engagement content.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
- Actively support and engage with team members to achieve organizational goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–20 years of relevant experience in executive assistance, people management, or operations management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French; fluency in a third language (preferably Arabic) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
- Strong leadership, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- High emotional intelligence with a collaborative, people-focused approach.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Adaptability, resilience, and ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
