Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
· Delegating daily tasks and addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
· Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight and hotel
· Acting as the personal assistant of the CEO, setting appointments and maintaining his calendar.
· Generate reports, presentations, and CEO communications.
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive to his office.
. Maintain his office and make sure all supplies needed available.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
. 4-7 years of experience as an office manager.
. Perfect command in English.
. Result Orientation, Operational Awareness, Building Networks, Customer Centricity
. Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft
. Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
