Job Description
- Post jobs on all available sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment websites and other social media sites.
- Handle direct sourcing channels (Walk in) in all regions.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Perform reference checks as needed.
- Manage onboarding and new hiring process.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Search for the paid sources such as recruitment agencies, recruitment websites to recommend better new sources and deal with and analyze current recruitment websites (Forasna/Wuzzuf ).
- Prepare a pool of qualified candidates in advance for the critical positions (High turnover).
- Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of all assigned requisitions with quality talent.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience in hiring White & Blue collars is a must.
- Excellent command of English.
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing tools and platforms
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Hands-on experience in attracting top talent using social media marketing and other creative channels and techniques.
- Ability to multitask with focus on time and quality.
- Excellent English language skills
- Good reporting skills and ability to use MS Office applications (Excel PowerPoint...etc.) effectively.
