Job Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our position in the façade and aluminum industry.
Key Responsibilities: -
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Manage the company's brand positioning within the construction and façade market.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Lead digital marketing campaigns, advertising, promotions, and trade fair participation.
Organize and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and services.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to support business development and lead generation.
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Manage the marketing budget and measure campaign effectiveness.
Supervise and mentor marketing staff, fostering a culture of creativity and professional development..
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction aluminum/façade industry.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and strategic planning.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Creative, proactive, and results-driven.
Ability to work on-site in Ain Sokhna – TEDA Area, Suez.
