Job Description
- Monitor vacancies in the organization & ensure they are adequately filled within the recruitment KPI's of vacancy rate duration of hiring & caliber hired
- Monitor incoming resumes through different sources, screening &classify the CVs according to Specialization, Experience…etc..
- Conducting CBI interview's & Prepare Short listed candidates
- Scheduling interview’s appointment with the short list candidates with direct manager.
- Assist in preparing Manpower Plan
- Prepare recruitment analysis .
- Participate in the assessment center for promotions
- Create Job Description for new positions & develop the old ones if needed.
- Implement company branding strategy
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related filed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command in English Language.
- From 5-7 Years of experience in recruitment preferable in Medical Field
- Excellent command in Microsoft applications.
- Ability to pay attention to details and to cope with several tasks and projects simultaneously.
