Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager plays a key role in shaping a positive work environment and aligning HR strategies with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Design and monitor performance management systems and appraisal processes.
• Develop and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR policies and procedures.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures in coordination with the finance team.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior management
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho People).
