Job Description
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies with the commercial director.
- Collaborate in developing detailed sales plans
- Leading and managing sales Area managers.
- Monitoring and ensuring sales team effectiveness.
- Assisting in the planning of commercial opportunities such as business expansion and development.
- Researching and Analyzing existing customers requirements.
- Leading and Conducting in-depth marketing intelligence effort to inform detailed business plans.
- Implementing comprehensive strategic plan for customer retention.
- Building and maintain profitable partnerships with customers KOL.
- Acquiring and building new customer base.
- Overseeing the lead generation process
- Keeping a track on the performance of commercial activities and preparing reports.
- Developing budget for all the sales activities with the commercial director.
- Reviewing and implementing customer acquisition strategies.
- Using KPIs to evaluate commercial metrics.
- Reviewing the sales process.
- Liaising with other departments.
- Reporting regularly to commercial director about sales plan progress.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Cooperate with marketing department to satisfy the customer need.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Business administration, or a similar field preferred. Sales certification, or MBA holder is a plus.
- Must come from FMCG background.
- Should have extensive experience with B2B sales process.
- 2-4+ years of experience as a same role, with minimum 10 years in sales.
- Friendly with Computer literate Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software.
- Fluent in English and Faire French is a plus
