Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Branch Manager at Sun Power Egy, located in Cairo.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading daily branch operations, ensuring sales targets are met, and providing outstanding customer service. The role involves managing and motivating the branch team to achieve operational excellence and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient branch performance.
- Manage and coach staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and support career development.
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly business plans to meet sales and profitability targets.
- Enhance customer experience by resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels, sales trends, and ensure adherence to company policies and operating procedures.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, financial status, and operational issues.
- Participate in the development of branch expansion strategies and operational improvements.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in branch management, sales management, or operational leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills to drive results.
- Experience in developing and executing business strategies and operational plans.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage and resolve client issues effectively.
- Solid financial acumen in budgeting, sales tracking, and performance analysis.
- Strong skills in staff training and professional development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in the renewable energy sector or electrical products market is a strong plus
