Job Summary
The HR specialist is responsible for handling all aspects of the employee life cycle within the company, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, training, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to hiring.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately.
- Oversee employment contracts, renewals, and terminations.
- Monitor attendance and prepare related compliance reports.
- Process monthly payroll and benefits in coordination with the Finance Department.
- Handle social insurance and medical insurance procedures.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of employee training and development programs.
- Participate in performance appraisal cycles and follow up on improvement plans.
- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues in line with policies.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems (HRMS).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effective
