Job Description

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align
    with business objectives.
  • Research market trends and analyze competitors to identify growth
    opportunities.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various
    channels (e.g., email, social media, PPC, SEO).
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to
    optimize results.

Content Development:

  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant
    content tailored for different platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and resonates with target
    audiences.

SEO and SEM:

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and
    drive traffic.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) to maximize ROI and track
    performance metrics.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy, including content
    creation and community engagement.
  • Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and enhance
    audience interaction.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track website and campaign
    performance.
  • Prepare regular reports to present insights and recommendations to
    stakeholders.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to ensure a unified
    marketing approach.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers
    as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant courses in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies are highly valued.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in campaign management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
