The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oilfield chemicals, drilling fluids, and mud chemicals, with proven expertise in driving sales growth and building long-term client relationships.
This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills to expand our market presence and achieve business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in oilfield chemicals, drilling fluids, and mud chemicals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and tailored proposals for clients.
Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements.
Partner with sales and R&D teams to expand product applications and market channels.
Track sales performance and monitor evolving market dynamics.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance visibility.
Provide excellent customer service and continuous client support.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in business development, sales, or marketing within the oilfield sector.
In-depth knowledge of mud chemicals, drilling fluids, and oilfield services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel as required.
