By investing in our people’s continued growth and learning, we challenge and change how we build together – people and business.Job Summary: The Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at Group AMANA Headquarter. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, answering incoming calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Roles & Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and positive attitude.Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.Handle and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges.Coordinate with staff to prepare for meetings, including setting up conference rooms.Provide basic information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.Support the HR and administrative teams with tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.Serve as a liaison between office staff, clients, and vendors.Update and maintain contact lists and directories.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Qualifications and Experience:Education: Bachelor or Diploma degree is required. Additional certification in office administration or related fields is a plus.Experience: 3 Years of experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role preferred.Role requirement: Saudi Talents only. Behavioral and Technical Skills:Good Command of ARABIC and ENGLISH (Speaking, Writing and Listening)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in a busy environment.Punctual and reliable.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Friendly, approachable, and customer oriented.What makes a true AMANAian?We know that our company growth and success come from our people who continuously drive our company, partners and clients forward.
