Job Description
We are seeking a professional and determined Saudi Shift Manager to join our team in the historic city of AlUla, Saudi Arabia.
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional experiences for our guests, and leading our team to maintain the highest standards of service and efficiency.
Manage and coordinate daily operations of the property, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high performance standards
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
Manage inventory, budgets, and financial aspects of daily operations
Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
Collaborate with other departments to organize and execute events and promotions
Prepare and analyze reports on operational performance, guest feedback, and staff productivity
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
Excellent customer service skills and a guest-centric mindset
Strong problem-solving abilities and decisive decision-making skills
Proficiency in operational management and budgeting
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and property management systems
Knowledge of Saudi Arabian hospitality industry standards and regulations
Understanding of local culture and customs in AlUla and Saudi Arabia
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
Additional Information
experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
