Job Description

- You’ll start as an Operations Assistant supporting purchasing, quality checks, and inventory updates.
No prior experience is required — we’ll teach you our process step-by-step.
Top performers grow into Procurement, Inventory, or Project Coordinator roles within 6–12 months.
Responsibilities
- Update spreadsheets, keep records clean, file invoices, and prepare simple reports.
- Enter counts, track shipments, flag low stock, and help prevent stockouts.
- Follow simple checklists to verify product details and log issues.
- Send templated emails, request quotes, and follow up for delivery dates.
- Learn the basics of Shopify, ShipStation, and Google Sheets (training provided).
Job Requirements
- Strong attention to detail—you like getting things 100% right.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets (basic formulas like SUM/COUNT) or eager to learn fast.
- Clear written English; professional, friendly tone in emails.
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work.
- Proactive attitude—you ask good questions and follow instructions closely.
- (Nice to Have) Exposure to e-commerce tools (Shopify, ShipStation).
- (Nice to Have) Experience with basic reporting or admin work.
