We can meet you at any skill level, whether you are just starting your career or have years of experience under your belt.What You’ll DoProcess, verify and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications and employee leaves of absence.Explain company personnel policies, benefits and procedures to employees or job applicantsAssist in the coordination of employee onboarding and orientationExamine employee files to answer inquires and provide information for personnel actions.Answer questions regarding examination, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent informationProcess and review employment applicants to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicantsUpdate the required daily reports on daily basisHandle the insurance issuance / deletion and coordinate with the insurance companyPrepare the job offer and track their mobilization statusIssue and validate all kind of certificates such as salary certificate, experience certificate, termination certificate etc.Handle the tickets issuance and provide quotationsWHAT YOU’LL NEED:Education: Bachelor’s Degree is requiredExperience: 3+ Years' Experience in HRComputer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft OfficeWhat We OfferBasic Salary : NegotiableCompetitive insurance and benefit optionsPaid vacation and round-trip ticket after one year completionWho We AreEpic Piping is one of the largest privately owned and the fastest-growing pipe fabrication firms in the world.
