About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Licensed Real Estate Salesperson to join our dynamic team in Riyadh or Eastern Province.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Real Estate properties, strong market knowledge, and the ability to close high-value deals.
This role requires a motivated professional who thrives in a competitive environment and has an extensive network of clients and investors.
The target project is in Kingdom of Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management: Identify and engage potential buyers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals to promote real estate opportunities.
Property Listings & Market Research: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Riyadh or Eastern Province's real estate market, including pricing, trends, and new developments.
Negotiation & Closing: Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiate terms to close deals efficiently.
Lead Generation: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
Customer Relationship Management: Provide excellent after-sales service to retain clients and generate repeat business.

Job Requirements
Requirements
Preferrable RERA Certified & Licensed Real Estate Broker with an active license.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Riyadh or Eastern Provincesales, with a strong sales record.
Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and other languages is a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing strategies for lead generation.
Riyadh or Eastern Province Driving License.
Preferrable RERA Certified & Licensed Real Estate Broker with an active license.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Riyadh or Eastern Provincesales, with a strong sales record.
Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
