Closing date: 27/02/2024 Recruiter name: Andrew Gray Reference number: 48305 Mediclinic Welcare Hospital | Dubai | United Arab EmiratesMAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:Support the sustainable growth and development of the facility by managing the financial governance framework and ensuring all patient administration processes are continuously improved and updated KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:Lead and manage the team efficiently and effectivelyMonitor and manage financial governance by ensuring financial compliance to regulatory, legislative and internal processes and practicesEstablish, maintain and monitor all financial processes that will enable the financial stability and growth of the facilityEnsure effective and efficient stores and material managementProvide management and guidance to the front office function and monitor the effectiveness of all related processesEffective and efficient management of data to provide relevant business informationProvide effective and efficient operational support when needed (specific mentioning of support services, this would not be relevant at all the facilities)REQUIRED EDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree in commerce or related fieldFormal financial qualification is preferredREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:3+ years’ management experience in a similar position with administration management in the healthcare industry, including management of financial functionsREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Application of sound budgeting and financial planning and management principlesComputer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applicationsDemonstrate a strong understanding and the correct application of business metrics, governance and risk managementDemonstrates sound knowledge and understanding of financial statutory requirements and the ability to manage hospital finances accordinglyFinancial statements and reportingFinancial systems (SAP, HIS)Knowledge of Funders and related processes and rulesPatient administration systems and related processesStock control principles and managementUAE regulations and lawsAll applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
