Job Description
As an Ad Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in optimizing and growing Madarsoft’s ad monetization strategy across apps. You’ll work closely with the Revenue Lead to manage ad networks, handle programmatic ad sales operations, analyze performance, and maximize eCPMs and fill rates.
- Manage in-app advertising operations across AdMob, Ad Manager, and various programmatic ad exchanges.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance metrics (eCPM, fill rate, RPM, etc.) across platforms.
- Set up and troubleshoot ad units, mediation, and waterfall A/B tests configurations.
- Collaborate with sales partners and DSPs for direct and programmatic deals.
- Analyze user behavior and revenue trends using Firebase, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards.
- Coordinate with product and tech teams to ensure seamless ad delivery and user experience.
- Report on monetization performance and suggest actionable improvements.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in ad operations, preferably with mobile apps.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and RTB environments.
- Hands-on experience with AdMob, Google Ad Manager (AdX), and mediation layers.
- Familiarity with Firebase, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data dashboards and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams.
- Experience in mobile app monetization within the MENA region is a plus.
