Job Description
- Establish and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with suppliers, consultants, partners, and advertising agencies to ensure the provision of high-quality services at competitive prices.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with service providers, advertising agencies, and marketing material suppliers to secure the best value and quality.
- Plan and organize company events, including booking venues, outdoor locations, and advertising billboards, while continuously researching optimal sites and advertising solutions.
- Provide periodic recommendations to enhance outdoor advertising strategies, improve billboard utilization, and increase marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Support and manage the production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, giveaways) in coordination with design and marketing teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor the execution of offline media marketing plans and ensure related tasks are completed with quality and efficiency.
- Oversee the workflow related to marketing production, ensuring adherence to timelines and specified standards.
- Manage payment processes and invoicing related to suppliers and service providers, ensuring accuracy in accounts and expenses.
- Conduct regular market research to evaluate suppliers, analyze market trends, and improve production and advertising processes.
- Complete daily administrative tasks related to production and logistical support as required.
- Coordinate logistical and field support for real estate projects to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up on necessary permits and licenses for events and outdoor advertising to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 01 years of experience in production, marketing, or project coordination, preferably within the real estate or advertising sectors.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent organizational and event planning abilities.
- Proficiency in coordinating marketing production and managing multiple suppliers.
- Good financial acumen for managing budgets, invoicing, and payments.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze supplier performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
