Job Description

  • Establish and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with suppliers, consultants, partners, and advertising agencies to ensure the provision of high-quality services at competitive prices.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with service providers, advertising agencies, and marketing material suppliers to secure the best value and quality.
  • Plan and organize company events, including booking venues, outdoor locations, and advertising billboards, while continuously researching optimal sites and advertising solutions.
  • Provide periodic recommendations to enhance outdoor advertising strategies, improve billboard utilization, and increase marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Support and manage the production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, giveaways) in coordination with design and marketing teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor the execution of offline media marketing plans and ensure related tasks are completed with quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee the workflow related to marketing production, ensuring adherence to timelines and specified standards.
  • Manage payment processes and invoicing related to suppliers and service providers, ensuring accuracy in accounts and expenses.
  • Conduct regular market research to evaluate suppliers, analyze market trends, and improve production and advertising processes.
  • Complete daily administrative tasks related to production and logistical support as required.
  • Coordinate logistical and field support for real estate projects to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow up on necessary permits and licenses for events and outdoor advertising to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 01 years of experience in production, marketing, or project coordination, preferably within the real estate or advertising sectors.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and event planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in coordinating marketing production and managing multiple suppliers.
  • Good financial acumen for managing budgets, invoicing, and payments.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze supplier performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
