We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Export Operations Specialist to:

• Manage and coordinate all export logistics and documentation activities.
• Handling end-to-end export operations, ensuring timely and efficient shipping of goods, maintaining communication with shipping lines
• Complying with all export regulations and client requirements.
• Coordinate export shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Prepare and verify export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.).
• Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clients.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
• Resolve issues related to delays, missing documents, or shipment discrepancies.
• Maintain and update internal systems with accurate shipment data.
• Support the export sales team with operational requirements.
• Prepare reports related to shipments, documentation, and costs.
